Be prepared for long lines and wait times and, on some nights, large crowds and limited seating, per recent visitors. Travelers also praise the bar for its live performances – which range from swing blues groups to stand-up comedians and, of course, jazz bands – in addition to its fun retro atmosphere. There is also a selection of beer and wine. The bar – one of Al Capone’s favorites – has no set menu order whatever cocktails you like (though the chocolate martinis are delicious). The entire place is cast in a warm reddish glow while old-time jazz plays from the jukebox.
